Product Description:
DioKat ® DTC95 is a high activity content bis alkyl quaternary ammonium cationic surfactant with good solubility, easy to use, and good compatibility with anionic surfactants. As a powerful hair conditioner, it effectively improves the wet combing rationality and softness of hair, and is widely used in hair care products.
